Does the site require a special foundation?
No special foundation is required.
A level surface capable of supporting vehicle traffic is sufficient, including:
Gravel
Asphalt
Concrete
Can GoodCase containers be relocated after installation?
Yes.
The units can be disassembled, stored, transported, and reassembled at another location when needed.
Do GoodCase containers require permits?
Permit requirements depend on local municipal by-laws and the intended use.
In most cases:
Mobile storage applications do not require permits
Stationary self storage applications may require permits in certain municipalities
Most municipalities currently do not require permits, although some locations may have specific requirements.
